The compounding asset
CASCA’s core is its normalized, correction-aware, provenance-and-time-aware database: stable identities, applicability, field-level origin and independence, conflicts, corrections, observations, generations, and exact as-known state.
Public Core boundary
This release is a deliberately bounded milestone. It does not claim comprehensive coverage, exposure awareness, complete GROUP 1, or Gate 4. The broader provider matrix, public developer API, bulk interchange, accounts, private overlays, and advanced temporal analytics remain later work.
